  • Professional Administrative Services:
JTJ provides and maintains the highest quality professional administrative personnel who have amassed extensive knowledge of current computer applications with the business acumen to:  interface and coordinate with Directorates and external organizations and activities; assist in developing and presenting presentations of the directorates’ activities and projects; research and develop special reports; update and maintain daily electronic filing systems; perform in-processing and out-processing paperwork for employees and project subject matter experts; assist in developing and maintaining strategic and business plans; manage protocol related duties to support VIP visits; perform timekeeping duties; prepare and analyze client and employee surveys; type and file documents; assemble briefing and conference materials; conduct briefings for strategic planning and new business initiatives; provide general clerical assistance; and, prepare time and attendance reports.
